As this is a personalized product, we cannot accept returns. Only if the product is not personalized and in its original packaging, unused, without wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations or any kind of damage, then we will proceed with the return.

What material are LilyPondCanvas canvas tote bags made of?
They are made from 100% natural cotton, heavy-weight canvas and dyed with natural pigments. All raw materials are completely safe and certified.
How are your products made and where are they made?
Our bags are handmade in Asia using a completely artisanal process.
Is the product biodegradable?
Natural cotton is biodegradable in a process that can take up to a decade, but the process can be accelerated when exposed to sunlight, heat, moisture and fresh air.
My product has some small imperfections, is this normal?
Our bags are made from 100% natural cotton. They are handmade and dyed with natural dyes, so small imperfections or slightly different colours are common. It is not a synthetic plastic bag.
How do I properly care for my canvas tote bag?
Dilute a small amount of mild detergent in water, dip a sponge or light-coloured cloth in the solution, wring it out so that it is damp and rub the stains and dirty parts of the bag, working against the grain. Repeat until the stains are removed and allow the bag to air dry before use.

What is the character limit when customising?
Word embroidery can have a maximum of 10 characters. Monograms take up approximately the same amount of space on each product, regardless of the number of characters.
Therefore, the size and presentation of the characters vary depending on the style you choose and the number of characters.
In general, the more characters you enter, the smaller they will be.
Is it possible to embroider both a logo and a word?
